All construction projects undertaken by Brick2Build are governed by individual project agreements that will include:

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted on our website are indicative and may vary based on:

Final pricing will be provided in the project agreement. Payment terms, including milestone-based payments, will be clearly outlined in the project agreement.

6. Warranties

Brick2Build provides the following warranties on completed projects:

• Structural Warranty: 10-year warranty on structural elements including foundation, columns, beams, and slabs.
• Waterproofing Warranty: 5-year warranty on waterproofing work for terraces, bathrooms, and external walls.
• Workmanship Warranty: 1-year warranty on finishing and workmanship quality.

Warranty claims are subject to terms specified in the project agreement and do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Brick2Build website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Brick2Build and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick2Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

Brick2Build shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or other unforeseen events.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms and refund policies are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, cancellation charges may apply based on the stage of the project and work already completed. Design and consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

13. Modifications

Brick2Build reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
